You will receive an email confirming your courier booking. The email will contain a tracking link. Collection times can be as quick as 15 minutes.

Courier confirmation

When receiving your device we will complete our pre-repair testing to confirm your repair. Once your repair has been completed we will again test your device to confirm our repair functionality.

We receive & repair your device

Once we have completed your repair, our couriers will be booked automatically by our system. An email link will be sent to you containing the tracking.

For Zone 1-2 our collection times average 15-30 minutes. For locations outside of Zone 2 please allow up to 1 hour for your collection.

How long will it take to collect my device?

We’re based in Central London in Fitzrovia, close to Oxford Circus underground station. Our address is: 12 Margaret Street, London, W1W 8JQ.

Where do you operate from?

Our iPhone repairs are completed on a same day basis. Our iPad, Watch, iPod &amp; MacBook repairs carry a next day turnaround.

Will I receive my device back the same day?

Yes, our couriers are tracked from the point of collection to delivery. Your device is fully insured during transit.

Are your couriers tracked and insured?

Yes, we ask all clients to ensure their device is placed in some packaging (an envelope), addressed to iCorrect with your name clearly written.

Do I need to package my device before collection?

Your payment is taken securely through our website at the point of booking. This allows us to secure your return courier once your repair has been completed, avoiding any delays to your service.

How do I pay for my repair? 

Yes, please note your alternative return address in the notes section of your booking.

Can my device be returned to a different address?

You will be kept up to date throughout the repair progress via email. Once you have booked your repair you will receive a tracking link for your courier collection. A tracking link will also be sent for your delivery.
