Who We Are
iCorrect is a specialist repair company built around one simple belief: repair should be done properly or not at all.
We’re not your average repair company. We don’t fit knockoff parts or rush jobs out the door. We go deeper, using original Apple components, precision diagnostics, and a level of repair skill that even Apple stores will not offer.
Founded in Leeds and relocated to Central London in 2012, iCorrect was built by real Apple specialists. We are trusted by individual clients, corporate tech teams, and even other repair companies who send us devices they cannot fix.
Led by Technicians. Not Salespeople.
Our company was founded by Ricky Panesar, a microelectronics specialist who has spent over a decade repairing what others called "unrepairable." Ricky does not just know how Apple devices work, he understands how they fail and how to fix them properly.
From restoring logic boards to rebuilding liquid damaged MacBooks under a microscope, Ricky helped shape what iCorrect stands for: honest diagnostics, real repair, and no corner cutting. That same mindset runs through our entire team.
Our Team
Behind every repair is a team of expert technicians, testing engineers, and operations staff who care about one thing: getting your device back to full health without compromise.
Our diagnostic team maps faults
We trace faults down to individual circuits, not just components — precision repair begins with understanding the problem at its root.
Our hardware techs go deeper
Only original or factory-matched parts are used. We do not patch, we restore — ensuring performance matches a brand-new device.
Our testing team sets the bar
Nothing leaves our lab without passing post-repair validation and QC. We do not just fix the fault. We look for the why — and fix that too.
We do not just fix the fault. We look for the why — and fix that too.
