Intake
Devices are booked in via email, phone, or bulk submission. We record device details and reported faults.
Collection
Nationwide courier, London express, or in-person drop-off. All shipments are fully tracked.
Diagnostic
Full diagnostic on arrival to identify the fault. A quote is issued before any work proceeds.
Repair
In-house repairs, including component-level work. Devices are cleaned and stress-tested.
Return
Devices returned via courier with a clear repair summary and invoice for your records.

Enterprise Administration
Billing & Admin
Clear invoicing and payment handling for corporate clients. All pricing is confirmed after diagnostic and approval.
PO Acceptance
Purchase orders accepted for approved corporate clients. PO details can be provided at booking or prior to invoicing.
VAT Invoices
VAT invoices issued for every repair. Invoices include device serial number, repair description, and cost breakdown.
Payment Terms
Payment terms available for approved corporate clients only. Terms are agreed in advance.
Consolidated Billing
Consolidated invoicing available by agreement. Typically used for multiple devices returned together or repeat work.

Security & Compliance

Chain of Custody
Devices are tracked by serial number from receipt to return. Condition is checked at intake and before dispatch.
Data Handling
Devices remain locked during repair. Passcodes are not required for most repairs. Data is not accessed unless unavoidable.
Passcode Handling
When required, passcodes are used temporarily for testing, not retained, and shared only via secure methods.
NDA Available
Non-disclosure agreements available for corporate clients on request. We can work with our standard NDA or a client-provided agreement.
Approval Workflow
No repair work is carried out without prior approval. Quotes must be confirmed in writing before work proceeds.
Access Control
Repairs are carried out on-site by trained technicians only. Customer devices are handled within our workshop environment.
