What does the 2-year warranty cover?

The warranty covers faults related to the repair we completed and the parts we fitted. If something we fixed fails under normal use, we fix it again at no cost.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Accidental damage, liquid exposure after the repair, and faults unrelated to our work. Normal wear like battery capacity loss over time is also not covered.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Contact us or submit a claim through the warranty form on this page. Describe the issue and we will arrange collection or a visit to our London office.

Do I need my original receipt?

We keep records of all repairs. If you have your receipt or booking confirmation that helps, but we can look you up by name, email, or device serial number.

How long does a warranty repair take?

Most warranty repairs follow the same turnaround as standard repairs. 1 to 3 working days for common issues, longer for complex faults. We prioritise getting it right.

Will I be charged for inspection if it is not covered?

If we inspect a device and find the issue is not related to our original repair, we will explain what we found and quote separately. No surprise charges.

Does the warranty reset after a warranty repair?

The original 2-year period continues from your first repair date. Warranty repairs do not extend or restart the coverage period.

Can I use the warranty if I am outside London?

Yes. We arrange courier collection anywhere in the UK. Same process, same coverage, same service.
