iPad LCD Display Repair Prices

iPad display damage can range from visible cracks to touch issues, display lines, dead zones, or screens that no longer respond correctly. On laminated iPads, such as iPad Pro, iPad Air, and iPad Mini models, the glass and LCD are fused together, meaning the entire display must be replaced as a single unit. On non-laminated models, where the glass digitiser and LCD are separate, we can often replace only the damaged layer when appropriate.

At iCorrect, we approach every iPad display repair with a repair-first mindset. We use original pulled Apple displays where available, and the highest quality OEM assemblies when original parts are no longer viable. Every display is tested for brightness uniformity, colour accuracy, True Tone functionality where applicable, and touch responsiveness. Repairs typically take two to three working days, allowing sufficient time for diagnostics, careful installation, and full post-repair testing.

Our Process

Each iPad goes through a full inspection before repair to confirm eligibility, followed by post-repair testing to ensure touch accuracy, display clarity, and overall stability. This repair is carried out only when it meets our quality standards and makes technical sense for the device.

We assess whether the iPad uses a laminated or non-laminated display and advise the most appropriate repair method based on the model, damage, and long-term reliability. After the repair, the device undergoes extended testing to confirm consistent touch input across the entire screen, correct brightness levels, and stable performance. If a display replacement does not represent a sensible or reliable solution, we will be upfront and recommend an alternative rather than proceeding with a repair that compromises quality.

FAQs

Learn more about iCorrect, the essential repair services that we offer and the warranties that come with each repair.

Do you repair both laminated and non-laminated iPad displays?

Yes. We repair both types. Non-laminated iPads allow for separate glass or digitiser replacement when suitable, while laminated models such as iPad Pro and newer iPad Air require a full display replacement. We confirm this during inspection before proceeding.

How long does an iPad display repair take?

Most iPad display repairs take between 2-3 working days. This timeframe allows for pre-repair tests, careful installation, adhesive curing where required, and thorough post-repair testing.

Do you use original Apple displays?

Where possible, we use original pulled Apple displays sourced from genuine devices. For models where original parts are no longer available, we use high-quality OEM displays that meet strict performance standards.

Will True Tone still work after the repair?

On supported models, we retain or restore True Tone functionality where the display and device allow it. This is checked during post-repair testing before the iPad is returned.

What checks are done after the display is replaced?

We test touch sensitivity across the entire screen, display brightness and colour consistency, face or front sensor alignment, and overall system stability. The device must pass all checks before being released.

Can you repair an iPad that Apple has refused to fix?

In many cases, yes. Apple often declines repairs due to cost or policy limitations. We assess each device individually and frequently repair iPads that have been deemed uneconomical or unrepairable elsewhere.

Will my Apple Pencil still work after the repair?

Yes. After the repair is completed, Apple Pencil functionality remains fully intact. Touch accuracy, pressure sensitivity, palm rejection, and Apple Pencil pairing are all tested during post-repair checks to ensure the Pencil works exactly as expected on the repaired display.

Do you offer a warranty on iPad glass screen repairs?

Yes. All glass screen repairs are covered by a warranty that protects against faults related to the repair or part itself. This does not cover accidental damage or new impacts, but it ensures peace of mind regarding workmanship and materials.
