Apple Watch Diagnostic Prices

If your Apple Watch has stopped charging, is unresponsive, or showing power-related issues, the first step is a proper diagnostic. At iCorrect, we specialise in identifying faults across all Apple Watch models. Whether you suspect a charging fault, battery degradation, or an unknown issue, we carry out thorough testing to find the exact cause.

Our diagnostics take one to two working days and cost just £29. We begin by checking power intake and battery health, followed by internal inspection of the device. Once we confirm the fault, you will receive a clear quote and recommendation so you can decide whether to proceed with the repair or consider replacement.

Our Process

Diagnostics are ideal when the issue is not clear, or when your Apple Watch has suddenly stopped working. Our team checks for common issues like charging failures, faulty sensors, or signs of battery swelling. If a repair is possible, we will always recommend the most cost-effective option.

We are transparent about the limits of Apple Watch repairs. Logic board repairs are not usually feasible, as Apple fuses the board with a hardened coating that makes repair extremely difficult. In those cases, we will advise if replacement makes more financial sense. But for issues like heart rate sensor failure, charging circuit faults, or battery degradation, we can usually carry out a reliable and affordable repair.

FAQs

Learn more about iCorrect, the essential repair services that we offer and the warranties that come with each repair.

What is an Apple Watch diagnostic and why do I need one?

An Apple Watch diagnostic is a full inspection and test to identify why your device is not working properly. Whether the issue is power-related, battery performance, or charging failure, we confirm what is wrong and how to fix it.

How long does the diagnostic take?

Diagnostics are completed within one to two working days. This gives us time to test the watch, inspect internal components, and prepare a clear quote.

How much does an Apple Watch diagnostic cost?

Diagnostics cost £29 including VAT. This includes full testing and a repair plan. If you choose to go ahead with the repair, we deduct this cost from the total.

My Apple Watch is not charging. Can you help?

Yes. Charging issues are one of the most common Apple Watch faults. We test both the charging circuit and the battery to confirm where the issue lies. If the problem is fixable, we will provide you with a quote.

Can you fix logic board faults on Apple Watch?

Unfortunately not. Apple Watch logic boards are sealed with a hardened coating, making them extremely difficult to access or repair. If the issue is traced to the logic board, we will advise you clearly and recommend replacement if it is more economical.

My Apple Watch stopped working after a battery replacement elsewhere. Can you diagnose it?

Yes. If a previous repair has gone wrong, we can diagnose the issue, inspect for internal damage, and advise if a proper repair is possible.

What if I decide not to proceed with the repair?

No problem. If you choose not to go ahead after the diagnostic, there is no further cost. We also offer trade-in value for your damaged Apple Watch if you decide to upgrade.

What kind of faults can you fix on an Apple Watch?

We can repair issues like battery failure, charging circuit faults, unresponsive screens, and sensor-related issues such as heart rate monitor failure. We cannot repair the logic board, but we can fix most other faults with original parts and proper testing.

Do you use original parts for Apple Watch repairs?

Yes. Where available, we use original Apple components, often reclaimed and tested in-house. For parts that are no longer available, we source the highest quality OEM parts and always inform you of what is being fitted.

Will I get a report after the diagnostic?

Yes. You will receive a clear summary of what we found, along with a quote and suggested repair plan. You can then make an informed decision based on our findings.
